Hiossen, Inc.
Privacy Policy
Revised: August 26, 2026
SCOPE AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER PRIVACY NOTICES
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Hiossen, Inc. collects and processes through hiossen.com and through any other website, online service, product, program, or communication that links to or expressly incorporates this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").
Certain Hiossen websites, platforms, products, or services, including those accessible through links or navigation elements on hiossen.com, may provide a separate or supplemental privacy notice. A service-specific privacy notice applies to personal information collected or processed in connection with the identified service and supplements this Privacy Policy. If a service-specific privacy notice conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the service-specific privacy notice will control solely with respect to the applicable service and the processing specifically addressed in that notice. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to matters not addressed by the service-specific privacy notice.
Any privacy notice presented at or before the point at which personal information is collected applies to the particular collection and use described in that notice.
Third-party websites, payment processors, financing providers, and other external services may maintain their own privacy notices. Those notices govern the third party's independent processing of personal information, while this Privacy Policy continues to govern Hiossen's own collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal information. Nothing in this Privacy Policy or any service-specific privacy notice limits rights available under applicable law.
