This course provides a comprehensive overview of locator attachment systems, including their indications and contraindications, as well as comparisons with alternative attachment options such as bars, balls, and magnets.
Participants will learn how to identify ideal candidates for locator-retained overdentures, evaluate bone quality, and develop comprehensive treatment plans using both conventional and digital workflows.
The program also covers the full surgical and prosthetic workflow, including implant placement protocols, proper spacing and angulation, abutment selection, and chairside versus laboratory techniques.
Additional topics include impression methods, occlusion and denture design considerations, and long-term maintenance strategies with troubleshooting of common complications.
This course is designed to deliver practical, clinically applicable insights that enhance both treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
