Dr Russell is the clinical and laboratory director where he manages a team of 5 surgeons and 10 in-house lab technicians. He oversees the entire process from initial surgery to final prosthetic fabrication and delivery. His lab team has successfully fabricated over 5,000 All-on-X arches.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Russell lectures nationally and teaches advanced education CE courses to other dentists at his facility, covering digital workflow integration and restorative case planning.
