Dr Daniel Mayeda has been an international dental educator for over 30 years in the disciplines of cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr Mayeda was personally trained in implant surgery and prosthodontics by Dr Carl Misch in Dearborn, Michigan from 1989-1991. He holds numerous memberships in the ICD, ACD, AAID, ICOI and served as Accreditation Chair and International President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As digital dentistry evolved, Dr Mayeda was an early adopter in the fabrication of chairside restorations in his cosmetic and implant practice. He also was one of the first general implant dentists to install a CBCT in his private practice for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr Mayeda’s primary focus now is to serve as a treatment plan / diagnosis consultant, over the shoulder surgical trainer and lecturer.
