The IS4™ is our next-generation ISQ tester designed to monitor the osseointegration of dental implants, providing accurate and reliable measurement on implant stability.
How It Works
The magnetic pulses causes the peg to vibrate, and the vibration is a result of the stiffness present in the contact region between the bone and the implant surface.
Optimized Patient Care
- Determines optimal loading protocol.
- ISQ value greater than 70 is considered highly stable while an ISQ value less than 60 is considered low stability.

The IS4™ System instrument kit consists of everything you’ll need to determine an accurate ISQ reading of an implant
- Reusable MulTipeg™
Mutlipegs are crafted using titanium and feature sealed magnets, allowing them to be reused up to 20 times. The primary focus of their design is twofold: prioritizing environmental considerations and ensuring cost- effectiveness.
- MulTipeg™ Driver
The driver is used to attach the MulTipeg to the implant using 6 to 8 Ncm of torque. It is made of stainless steel, reusable and guaranteed for at least 100 autoclave cycles.
- IS4™ Hand-Held Unit
This instrument’s tip is held close to the top of the MulTipeg. It emits a beeping sound when it begins the measurement process and another when it’s complete. The easy-to-read ISQ value appears on a clear display a second later.
- Charger
The IS4™ System is delivered along with a charging stand that includes adapters compatible with worldwide power outlets.
Product System and Practical Use
The IS4™ System consists of a hand-held instrument and a reusable MulTipeg™. A charger is delivered together with the instrument as well as a stainless steel driver for attaching the MulTipeg™ to the implant.
