Dr. John DiPonziano is a highly experienced dental implant specialist with over three decades of expertise in the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of dental implants. A 1983 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry, Dr. DiPonziano advanced his education with a three-year program in Implantology at the University of Pennsylvania, completing his training in 1988. Before attending dental school, Dr. DiPonziano worked as a full-time dental technician and earned Certified Dental Technician status, which he still maintains today. This unique background gives him a comprehensive understanding of the implant process, from laboratory planning to surgery and final restoration.

Dr. DiPonziano is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He is also a credentialed member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. In 2003, he served as President of the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry and chaired the AGD Implantology Task Force, which developed universal educational guidelines for implant training in 2009.
