Sinus Membrane Techniques is an advanced clinical course focused on managing vertically deficient maxillary ridges through predictable crestal sinus augmentation. Emphasis is placed on diagnosis, treatment planning, sinus anatomy, proper case selection, and recognition of pathologic findings.
Through targeted lectures and case discussions, participants will learn step-by-step sinus membrane elevation techniques, including hydrostatic approaches for immediate implant placement. The course also covers CBCT-based evaluation, indications and limitations of crestal versus alternative techniques, bone graft selection, and essential pre- and post-operative pharmacologic protocols to support consistent, long-term clinical success.
